The Role

CROVANMEDIA is looking for a talented team player to join our content first digital media agency. In this role, you will diligently manage projects, timelines, resources, and budgets for multiple client accounts while ensuring that we’re impacting their business objectives in the most meaningful way possible.

This role goes beyond managing client projects. You will be directly involved in setting the strategy, working with creative team members, and helping to plan initiatives from briefing through to execution.

The Account Director is the client’s key contact person. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a strong client-agency relationship, acting equally as a client advocate and an agency advocate. Above all, the responsibilities of the Account Director is to ensure that our clients receive impactful and meaningful results towards their business objectives.


The CROVANMEDIA Account Directors wear many hats. And they need to look damn-good in all of them. Here’s what you’ll be doing in the role:

Client Management

  • Act as the primary and/or supporting point of contact with our clients
  • Ensure client goals and objectives are clearly understood and communicated
  • Ensure client expectations are aligned with project scope and deliverables
  • Always be knowledgeable about the status of projects, tasks, and timelines
  • Understand our clients’ businesses, their company news, and industry trends
  • Conducting regular client calls to manage expectations and deliverables
  • Preparing and delivering monthly client reports to management and to clients
  • Anticipate client needs, identify solutions, and increase the value of our service

Project Management

  • Take responsibility for end-to-end execution of client projects
  • Take responsibility for project timelines, communications, and documents
  • Act as the advocate and internal gatekeeper for client objectives
  • Manage the account and creative team members to ensure deliverables
  • Manage time allocations and project changes to protect company resources
  • Act as liaison for any external suppliers or partners working on client projects
  • Maintain a two-way dialogue with internal team members on expectations
  • Produce post project documentation to help improve our systems
  • Flag recommendations regarding processes and systems to management
  • Use internal tools and systems to manage all aspects of project management

New Business

  • Support the creation of client estimates, project timelines, and parameters
  • Work with management to develop prospective client proposals and pitches
  • Participate in virtual and in-person pitches to existing and prospective clients

What We Look For


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Fluent in English, spoken & written
  • 2-3 years agency experience in an account or project management role
  • Demonstrated digital, social media, and email marketing experience
  • Digital media knowledge and experience managing complex projects
  • Familiarity and experience with Analytics, Insights, and digital metrics
  • Experience with web-based project and time management software
